Periphery Wax
Rods of wax designed to improve the denture impression process. Periphery wax expands the peripheral edge and post dam areas of the impression tray. It protects the soft tissue during impression and helps achieve accurate results.
- Soft, easily molded at room temperature.
- Can be quickly placed on castings due to its flexibility and adherence.
- Easily separated from the model, less tension on standing dentition.
- Quick model preparation, no colour-marking of the jaw margin and no cutting down of gypsum.
