  • Customer Service Representative

    About the Role: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You'll handle inbound calls, emails, and chats, resolving customer inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally.

    Responsibilities:

    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
    • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
    • Provide accurate information about products and services
    • Process customer orders and transactions
    • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times


    Qualifications:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Experience in customer service or related field preferred
    • Proficiency in using computers and customer service software
    • Must have Dental Sales experience
