A convenient and cleaner way of applying disclosing solution. Simply rub the tooth surface with pre-soaked pellets and plaque will appear. New plaque, younger than 3 days, is colored red while older, more dangerous plaque is colored blue. Both are easily brushed off leaving a mild taste of peppermint. The dual-revealing colors are designed to educate patients and increase their compliance.
